For over a decade, Nick Brandt and Bryant Underwood served as senior-level event directors for a variety of globally recognized ministries, corporations, and non-profits. Together, they bring a combined 20+ years of event management experience to Launchpad. They believe crafting a team’s vision should not only be fun, but executing the event shouldn’t ever feel daunting. From ideation to complete execution, we are passionate about personalizing our partnership with the heroes (our clients!) who are making serious and significant impact in the lives of humanity.

Nick Brandt

  • Based in Austin, TX

    Sixth-generation Texan & son of an US Air Force F-16 pilot

    Graduated from the renown film school at The University of Texas at Austin

    Master’s degree in Theological & Biblical Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary

  • Experience in vocational ministry, corporate marketplace, and non-profit sectors

    Helped plant & pastor at globally-recognized Passion City Church (Atlanta, GA) alongside Pastor Louie Giglio

    Served with the events team for Passion Conferences for 3+ years (annual 70,000+ stadium gathering)

    Helped plant The Well Austin Community Church, an Acts 29 church in central Austin, TX

    Other Teams Have Included: The Flippen Group, Young Life, and Pulse

  • Enjoys watching Texas Longhorns sports, movies, playing golf and basketball, hunting, traveling, cooking, and reading. Passionate about the next generation, hospitality, and discipleship

    Has one child - a four-legged dependent – his black Labrador retriever, Brooks

  • Nick has 25+ years working professionally as an actor, host, and model within the national entertainment industry, including a recurring role on the Emmy winning TV Series Friday Night Lights, Tyler Perry’s Too Close to Home, and commercials such as Nike, Chevy, AT&T, Gold’s Gym, the NBA, Xcel Energy, TJ Maxx, and more

    Nick was also a producer on an episode of the Emmy winning YouTube series Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man

BRYANT UNDERWOOD

  • Based out of Chattanooga, TN

    Married for 11 years to Marie. Together the two parent their beloved three children Nora (6), Archer (5), and Brixton (4)

    Bryant has served 20 years in vocational ministry

  • Bryant has led and directed youth camps with over 12,000 summer campers, as well as overseeing the direction of international mission trips for TEAMeffort

    Served on staff launching a local church

    Once full-time band and tour manager for 7 years

    Has founded a non-profit, called Illuminate, managing a youth camp in Chattanooga, TN and Panama City Beach, repairing homes for single moms and the under-privileged

    Previously a Lead Pastor in Chattanooga, TN

    Served over 6 years leading campaigns and directing national & international events for evangelist Nick Hall of Pulse

  • Bryant and Marie adopted their son, Archer, from Seoul, South Korea

    Bryant has been a member of the Luis Palau Association NGA since 2007 and a licensed minister since 2009. He was a founding member of the steering committee for the Year of the Bible Campaign

  • The Underwoods have a new beloved family pet -a Himalayan cat named Winston
